This general purpose structural monitor and machine protection system comes in 64-, 128-, or 256-channel models, possessing the versatility for multiple deployment options depending on the size and/or scope of the monitoring project or asset being monitored. The Structural Monitor System (SMS) is armed with many features, including data collection, alarming, historical trending and data storage, and accepts all sensors and signal sources using 4-20 ma current loop. Complete with an Ethernet output for network communications, the SMS can send alarms and reports remotely via email and has a battery backup in case of loss of power. SMS also offers full plant control room integration with programmable triggers.
